Alan has over 15 years of experience as a machine operator in the industry and is also a certified professional in landscaping and excavation works.

FAQ's

  • Do you do site cleans for new homes before you start your landscaping or do we have to organise that ourselves?

    Yes, we are happy to perform a site clean, removing any debris, rocks, dirt, etc. before we start our job. It’s always good to have a cleared house site so that our clients can visualise the space that we will be working with.

  • Do you provide free quotes and consultations?

    Yes, we arrange a meeting with you and discuss the design of your garden. Most importantly we listen to what you want to achieve and make sure that we’re on the same page with your expectations. We then get back to you promptly with a quote and a time for when you’d like the landscaping to start. 

  • How far will you travel?

    We are based in Ballarat. However, we are more than happy to travel to surrounding districts (approximately a 50km radius).

  • Do you use quality products and where are they sourced from?

    We always use high quality products and pride ourselves on sourcing locally as much as possible. Supporting local businesses is important to us.

  • How would you prioritise my job?

    Unlike other businesses, we start your job and don’t leave until it’s finished. Some companies have a few jobs on the go at once but we will only concentrate and complete your job to give you the quality service that we pride ourselves on. 

  • What kind of excavations do you do?

    We dig out cross overs, driveways, nature strips, level off work area in preparation by clearing off debris, rocks, dirt, etc.
